30th August 2009 Windsurfing: Camber - Jurys Gap Wind Direction: WSW-SW Wind Stength: not a lot to sweeet Surf / Sea State: small surf to choppy bigger wa Air Temperature: fine Sea Temperature: fine Weather: Sunny Camber styleee Max Speed: Distance Covered: Camber. Bit light at first but rigged 6,4 duke and dug out the 10'5 and went out in boardies and 1mm neo rashie top. Sailed for prob 3 hrs on this in mixture of non planing float tack surf through to stacked in head high swell. Eventually to doubters came out to play and had a fun hour messing about sailing with robster, with him crashing vulcans and me launching as high as I dare and riding surf between times. Was getting pretty overpowered so switched to 5,3 ego and twin fin 84 for couple hours before body told me to pack up and go home. Brilliant day at the beach. Filled in as camber mafia left for his tupperware party |
